Here's what I did.
Ok, I would practice like the fast strumming in one section for about 10 minutes, to build arm strength. I did this for about a week. It helped out alot.

Also the song looks faster then it is. Don't strum as fast as your brain wants you to. This was my 69th song to 5 star because of that fact.
